Bedspread

My aunt knitted this bedspread for me at my request - it has taken her about 3 months on and off, and it's great.

Hello Kitty

I have just been down my local oriental supermarket, Kin Yip Hon, - it is great! I bought Wasabi Peas and Hello Kitty popping candy.

Channel101 - The Unavoidable Future of Entertainment

Channel 101, the best thing I have seen on the internet for a long time.

Have a look at Yacht Rock episode 5 (MP4 12MB)

This week...

I have walked 46.6 miles to get to and from work, and then 7 and a half hours on my feet each day walking the ward. No wonder I have sore feet and am rather tired. Still, I reckon I have met the recommended 10,000 steps a day...

iPod Nano

I've been liking my new iPod nano, bit silly that I'm on my third iPod - 3rd gen 20GB with dodgy battery life, shuffle and now a nano too. It is very cute.

New Intel iBook Prototype Spotted

These amazing first pictures of the Apple iBook Intel prototype were quickly snapped when I spotted a prototype earlier today.

Whilst this picture is blurry it clearly shows the new models are going to stick the the white design of the later G3 and G4 iBooks.

More information when I have it.

Good service

Just been back to the shop where I got my scooter repaired and bought a new wheel after I had a flat on Sunday, and I feel I must recommend them.

I went and got a new tyre on my old wheel as a friend had a puncture yesterday (perhaps it's the season for them?), so I took the new one to her and fitted it. The guy in the shop gave me a whole extra wheel - for free - to give to her as a spare. It was second hand, but perfectally usable. Little things like that are what separate good shops from the rest.

So if you happen to be in Bristol with a need for Vespa or Lambretta bits I would happily recommend Get Smart Scooters.
