Pancakes

Have just been down the shops for ingredients for Delia Smith's pancake recipe, I know it is a bit antithetical to the whole idea of Shrove Tuesday, but there you go.

I had a pancake in town earlier at the Wesley Mission, it was all thick and horrible, like an American breakfast pancake, only bigger. Actually the woman who served me was American, perhaps the cooks were too?

Hopefully tonight's will turn out better and make up for it.
