It's about time I managed to hurt myself again, and so for your enjoyment may a present a 4 second glipse of me hurting myself...
I was supposed to whizz down the drop-off, and up the other side, but a knackered brain and a lack of confidence (as I haven't done any "serious" off-roading for about 5 years) meant that I in fact grabbed the front brake the one thing I knew I shouldn't do, and the one thing I had just warned the friend Matt about doing. So over tha handle bars I went.
Add to that that I'd left my helmet in Salisbury and hadn't got round to collecting it yet...
Ah what a fun evening I had yesterday.
